It’s a clean, cozy hostel and good value for the money. You can walk to transport links, too. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a spacious, tidy room, and the shared bathrooms were very clean with plenty of privacy. The living room was comfortable, and there was free coffee in the kitchen. Check-in over WhatsApp went smoothly, and free parking was a real plus. Would recommend.

The owner was quite good, and in the evenings the lobby was a nice place to chat with them and the other guests. They made mint tea, called nana in Arabic, and offered it for free. The house is old, a real building from Ottoman times, and there were a few issues with the door locks and light switches. Its location is good, between the city center and Mount Gerizim. As I understood it, this was Judaism’s original holy mountain, before a political decision moved that role to Jerusalem. Samaritan people still live on the mountain.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy, and the bathrooms were exceptional. Check-in wasn’t in person, but it all worked out fine. The location is great and the prices are reasonable. My main problem was the beds in room nr. 1, which were rock-hard and extremely squeaky. Without that, it would’ve been a perfect stay in Haifa.

It’s inexpensive, with a cozy, old-fashioned style. The rooms are minimal, but had what I needed, and the place has been renovated, including the beds and furniture. I liked the little balcony.
