The comfortable beds, friendly staff, and thoughtfully designed space made this one of our favorite places we stayed in Israel. The hotel was clean and modern, and the breakfast at the spot next door in the connected atrium was delicious. We really liked the accommodations.

I had a lovely stay at La Capella and would happily return. The staff were kind and took care of my concerns, and I appreciated the beautiful lounge and gym, plus the rooftop sea view. The hotel is inside a posh mall with a cafe, restaurants, shops, and, during my visit, an art exhibition. It seems the design was planned with guests in mind, and I had a great experience overall. I only stayed one night, but the quiet hotel had a nice lounge with fresh coffee included in the room price. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room. The bed and pillows were wonderful, and I slept like an angel. The shower was spacious and comfortable, with a door that actually closes so water doesn't overflow. There was a foot towel, extra pillows and blankets for anyone who likes to cuddle, and a dedicated workspace with the comfiest chair ever. The gym on the lounge floor had quality equipment, and I managed a morning workout. The rooms are well designed, but some parts weren't well maintained. My first room had a window that wouldn't close properly and a very loud mini fridge, so they kindly moved me to another clean, beautiful room with a working window and a good mini fridge. That room's coffee machine didn't work, which I only discovered in the morning, and it didn't have the hair dryer the first room had. I also saw some maintenance issues that were a bit of an eyesore: a ceiling LED strip was falling off, the shower wall showed water damage, and it seemed the contractor hadn't made the structure strong enough to last more than a few years.

I really enjoyed staying here and would come back when I'm in Haifa. It's a quiet, comfortable hotel that works well for a business traveler, with a good-sized room and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant across the way does an excellent breakfast. I miss the latte, carrot juice, and sandwiches they made fresh every day.

The rooms didn't look like the ads, and the whole place was dirty. The hallway carpet was stained and smelled, and there was mold in the shower corners. It's in a shopping mall and seemed like they'd turned a few floors into makeshift rooms. We paid Expedia in advance for two days but left after one, taking the loss for the second day because it was that bad. It also looks like Expedia is hiding the bad hotel reviews. If you decide to stay, bring Lysol Spray.

The breakfast was great at a coffee shop just outside, and there are free WiFi, a gym you can use, personal training sessions, and massages. The rooms are brand new and tastefully decorated, with a coffee machine, a kind of smart TV, and a small enclosed balcony. I had a great time at this little hotel. There's also a skydeck for the view, though it was too windy to stay up there more than a few minutes.
