The blankets were cheap and thin, nowhere near enough for an Israeli winter, and they were piled in the closet instead of being folded. The mattress was too hard to sleep on, and the kids didn’t rest well. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Most of the time the hallway was wet from rain, with no cover, as the pictures show. The path and stairs were slippery and dangerous to walk on. It’s a shame!

They treated me very badly and were rude. I had a reservation through Booking, but when I ordered the room they said they had no record of it, even after I showed them the confirmation. The rooms were dirty, and they made me wait three hours. Then they wanted to give me a room that other people had reserved. After all that, I just wanted to sleep, but they asked for money without giving me a paper showing I’d paid. I refused and called Booking, which transferred me to another hotel.
