The spa team really know their treatments, and there’s a great range to choose from. We also enjoyed a dinner with lots of options, plus a breakfast full of local Northern flavors. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, and have amazing views. Everyone on staff went the extra mile whenever we asked for something. It’s also well placed for visiting interesting sites nearby. A real gem in Northern Israel, and we’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was fine, pretty typical for an Israeli hotel, but nothing special. The rooms feel a little dated, though everything was still good quality, and the bed, sheets, and towels were clean and high quality. The gardens, buildings, and places to sit all look lovely together, with a feel that reminded me of a nice hotel in Tuscany. We got upgraded, and a staff member even walked us to the room. Everyone was so polite, including the pool lifeguard, who took the time to welcome us. The forest setting is wonderful, with pine in the air and views of the golan and kinneret. I loved watching the hawks circling in the distance. For the price, the quality is well worth it. This is now one of my favorite hotels in Israel, and I’ll be back.

Faazy was especially great when our tire went flat. He really went out of his way to help us out. Yotam at reception was patient and professional, and the hotel manager was there to greet us too. The whole team provided such professional service. I recommend the hotel and the service, and we’ll definitely return!

The atmosphere was the most relaxing we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We’ve stayed at lots of five-star hotels in Israel and abroad, but this one exceeded what we expected for both service and value. It’s a great spot for couples or families with small children.
