Georgina was more than a good manager to me, she felt like a friend. I was lucky to meet her, and I love her and all the workers there. She cares about guests like family, and I’ve never met a manager with such a kind heart. The place is very clean, and breakfast is good. The service is what stands out most: generous, kind, and caring. Whatever you need, the workers do their best to get it for you without charging. They seem to care more about you enjoying yourself and being happy than about money. For me, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I like the place, even though there are a few things they could improve. For a business trip, it has what you need, especially when you can usually find parking. There’s free coffee and more in the lobby, and it’s a pleasant spot to arrange meetings. Afterward, there are plenty of places nearby for lunch or dinner.

The staff are nice, polite, and professional, and the place had great potential. It was great when it first opened, but it hasn’t been maintained properly and seems to wear down fast. It depends on which room you get: some are good, while others have dirty walls and plumbing leaks. I hope they can slow down how quickly the place is aging.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff are courteous. Breakfast has a good spread too. It’s in the business district with lots of corporate offices around, but the one issue is that they don’t provide water in the rooms.

The rooms are bigger than many you’ll find in Israel, and the hotel feels modern and fairly new, though a little spartan. The staff know their stuff, and the rooms and breakfast are good. It’s clean, professional, and competent. You can walk to Apple, Amazon, Dell, and other Herzliya high tech firms. A beach hotel would be more fun, but people in Herzliya are probably there for business.
