NYX Herzliya

The room was roomy, stylish, and really nice. The staff were so welcoming and pleasant, which made my trip much better. I had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Our family stay at NYX Herzliya from Aug 17-24, 2025 was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. We booked two Deluxe rooms for four, my husband, me, and our two daughters, with breakfast included. Instead, we dealt with repeated humiliation, restrictions we hadn't been told about, and basic service failures. For two nights, our room had no electricity, so there were no lights or AC, and nobody provided a fan or another solution. Reception later admitted the outage in writing. Housekeeping was also poor: towels weren't available, calls went unanswered, rubbish was left in the bathroom, and the rooms weren't properly cleaned. Breakfast caused problems every morning. Even after paying extra at check-in to fix a reservation error, we were told that only two people were listed and were pressured to pay again. We had also paid ahead for my husband's parents and their home attendant to join us for breakfast. That morning, staff shouted at my husband and refused us entry in front of his elderly father, who uses a wheelchair. When he asked for a bathroom, he was even sent in the wrong direction. We were humiliated, and our children were distressed. The charge for their breakfasts stayed on our bill until checkout. There was no apology or attempt to make things right, and even a late checkout request was met rudely. I'm a physician and frequent traveler, and I've never seen such disregard for honesty, service, or basic human dignity. We'll never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet while I was there.

I gave this hotel such a low rating because it's dirty. My suite cost a lot, but it was still nasty: dusty, with hairs in the sheets and fingerprints everywhere. Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates. If you're okay with a dirty place, this might suit you. Otherwise, it looks great, but they really need a good cleaning staff.
