Parking on site is a big plus in Jerusalem, and it’s fairly easy to get to other parts of town from here. The hotel also has several meeting rooms and conference facilities for seminars, events, or larger groups. Its outdoor pool is large, but seasonal and closed over winter, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting then. Inside, the lobby has plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxed feel, with soft music in the background. It works well for a quiet break or an informal meeting. The dining room is bright and pleasant, and breakfast is a generous buffet with good-quality kosher food. The Brown Jerusalem Hotel is on a hillside, with open views across the city and nearby neighborhoods. Many rooms have pleasant panoramic views. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are consistently kind, professional, and helpful at reception, in the dining room, and around the property. It’s a comfortable, well-run place for both business and leisure.

Rani at reception was so gentle and welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the start. He was consistently polite, attentive, and happy to help with whatever we needed. A real pleasure to deal with, and a great asset to the hotel.

I chose this hotel because I was working at Share Zedak and needed to be within walking distance of the hospital. The room was magnificent, and very comfortable and spacious for one person. From the parts of the hotel I saw, the renovations were surprisingly beautiful, especially after reading some of the reviews. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, which was too late for me. I’d have liked it from 6:15 am so I could eat before work. They did prepare a takeaway breakfast for me, though.

This used to be the shalom Hotel before brown hotels took it over and completely renovated it. What an amazing change. The staff are polite and courteous, and there’s free parking and good WiFi.

I came here from Paris and had a great experience. The room was clean, breakfast was perfect, and the reception and security service were amazing. They helped us a lot. We’ll be back.
