The evenings were a real highlight, with music and cultural performances giving the stay a memorable feel. Miri greeted us in the dining room with a smile and handled everything professionally, while the whole team there paid close attention to guests. The Pastoral Hotel in Kfar Blum was spotless, from the rooms to the well-kept lawns. Front desk staff were polite and efficient, too. We had a genuinely lovely stay and would recommend it.

We enjoyed the food, and there was plenty for the kids to do. The Jordan boardwalk nearby makes for a lovely walk, and there's also a cafe about two minutes away on foot. It's a really pretty hotel in the Galilee, with vintage-style decor, spacious rooms, and a nice bathroom and balcony. Recommended for families!

The staff treated us really well, especially the Bellboy. The rooms are phenomenal, and the food was great too. It has a very high-class feel. I'd come back next time I'm in Israel.

We came for a family stay while attending the Israel Geological Society annual conference in February and found the atmosphere very relaxing. Our accommodation was luxurious and had a private patio, and the service was both professional and immaculate. The scenery was magnificent, with velvety green mountains all around. There are also plenty of attractions just a short drive away.

6/10
The hotel had lots of activities for families and kids during our holiday, and the summer pool is wonderful, though it can get crowded. It's a beautiful place in a convenient spot for driving around northern Israel, and the facilities are generally well maintained. Still, what we got felt like well-renovated village accommodation at a higher standard, not the high-end luxury the hotel is marketed as. The food was fine but mediocre, and although the general vibe suited us, it didn't meet expectations for the price.
