The balcony looked out over both the Kinneret and the mountains, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I came with a large synagogue tour group and found the staff really friendly and welcoming. Both buffet meals, breakfast and dinner, were amazing, with lots of delicious choices, including food my picky American kids would eat. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Israel's Galilee region.

We had a good stay overall, and the whole family was very satisfied. We booked four rooms for four nights for a family holiday. The hotel has lots for children to do, though less for adults. The dining room team was especially wonderful and went far beyond what we expected. Thank you, Noa. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The rooms are basic and average in size, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the air conditioner was noisy.

Even as a couple, we had nowhere comfortable to sit in the room. We had booked one of the most expensive sea facing rooms, but the furniture was a major disappointment: there was no sofa, only one very uncomfortable wooden chair. With our one year old, there wasn't a suitable place to feed him or change his diaper, so we had to do it all on the bed. The room didn't meet our expectations at all.

The rooms are very clean and thoughtfully laid out. A northwest corner room should be quieter and less chilly, and the balcony gives you a lovely view of the Sea of Galilee. The beach is beautiful and fairly secluded, mostly used by hotel guests, so it may feel a little quiet if you're looking for a lively place to relax. The staff are friendly and there's a good range of amenities. Since it's a kosher hotel, some services are limited on Fridays and Saturdays. For example, espresso isn't served at Saturday breakfast.
