The balcony view was ๐, and the service was kind and nice. I arrived at 2 am and got very good help from Yasser, Walid, and another nice lady at reception. Thanks to them for being responsive and considerate. I left my things in the room, and they called to make sure I got them back. I came from Canada and will come back in summer because of the good treatment and service from both of them. Thanks again, good job guys ๐๐๐

The rooms were a bit dated, but there were plenty of food options, and overall it was a great stay and a nice place to rest between days of our tour. We loved the location and how easy it was to get to the Sea of Galilee. Every night we'd walk to the lookout point and talk with our friends. Some people in our group got drinks at the bar, and the prices were higher than at other places we'd been, just for perspective.

The hotel has comfortable rooms and a great breakfast, with the Sea of Galilee shore nearby. There's plenty of free parking. The swimming pool is being renovated and is currently out of service (Oct 25).

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our wonderful stay at Ginosar Hotel. Its location is hard to beat, right on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and the mix of nature, peace, and hospitality was perfect.
