The hotel’s modern African-style design is beautiful and distinctive, and we enjoyed the excellent pool, very good breakfasts, and service that meets a solid Israeli standard. We stayed two nights as a family. It feels somewhere between a 3- and 4-star hotel, and I’d give it 3. We expected the view of other buildings, but the mattress was another matter. A good hotel should have a bed that lets you sleep well, with fresh, comfortable bedding. This one felt extremely old and worn, perhaps 10-15 years old. We were so uncomfortable that we barely slept for two nights, and I ended up on the floor with my children at one point. I’m leaving with a very stiff neck that I can barely turn, and it’s hard to enjoy the hotel after that. We paid a significant amount expecting comfort and rest, but we’re leaving very disappointed after two sleepless nights.

The renovated old hotel is welcoming, quiet, and clean, set in the middle of a neighborhood. It has a pool, a small bar, and a small gym, but the rooms are very small and tight. It’s perfect if you’re staying here to go on a trip in the 🏜️.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daroma. The beautiful design is very modern, the rooms are perfect, and the food was tasty. There were lots of gluten-free options, and the chef helped me with gluten-free food. The pool and sauna were nice and clean. Great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for a nice weekend in the desert.

A lovely place, with beautiful design and friendly staff. Everything was very clean, and the small rooms felt cozy. The shower was incredibly nice, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The pool was clean, and the terrace had very comfortable sunbeds. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I’d love to come back.

Good value for money, with very clean, nicely decorated facilities and good service. The food was okay overall. It’s a good base for exploring nearby attractions, especially Machtesh Ramon.
