The service team were very helpful, and the atmosphere with the staff felt friendly and relaxed. The food was okay, and the surrounding nature and views are nice. The rooms are basic but very clean. The buildings, though, are dull and not very attractive. The dining hall looks industrial from outside, and the parking and utilities don't seem planned with appearance in mind. The room units are ugly, characterless cubes. Even so, it was a very nice stay.

The location is excellent for exploring the area, and breakfast is great. Of the two dinners we had, one wasn't good and the other was much better. The staff are very helpful, and if you complain, someone will come within minutes. Still, the maintenance is puzzling. Across the six rooms we used, one shower drain was blocked, another shower head sprayed water everywhere, one refrigerator didn't work, and another froze everything. The rooms are basic but generally clean, and can comfortably sleep five. It's a place to come and sleep, comparable to a 2-star motel. Don't be surprised to find something left behind by past guests in the small room fridge. A good option for budget-conscious travelers.

A brilliant place in a great location, very close to Gilboa mountain and near the national park, with Nir David activity not far away. The crew were lovely and happy to help with different requests.

Great value, with basic but clean and tidy rooms and a welcoming, helpful staff. Great routes on the Gilboa are only a few minutes away by car.
