The hotel is being renovated, but there was no notice about it anywhere. The rooms are clean, while the rest of the hotel is very dirty and full of dust and sand. The gym needs maintenance, too. Food was repetitive and limited: I had lunch and dinner, and it was the same food both times. There wasn't much meat, fish, or chicken, few side dishes, and the desserts were poor.

We got a very warm welcome and excellent service at this family-friendly all-inclusive hotel. The rooms were adequate for everything we needed, and the food was great, especially for the kids. We did have one small issue, but the on-duty manager was available, attentive, and really caring. She made me feel they truly care about our experience and want us to have the best holiday.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's right on the beach. The building is old and poorly maintained, with things falling apart. There was no light in the bedroom for three days, and the lobby air conditioner sits below the window, so you have to keep it closed if you want to sleep. The food was below average, with little choice. Not worth the price.

They found an item I’d left in my room, then somehow lost it again and couldn’t get it back to me. The hotel and chain were almost impossible to reach about it. The whole stay was one of my worst vacation hotel experiences: filthy, with a sewage smell, and construction standards that felt stuck in the 1950s and have only got worse since. Stay away. Check the one-star reviews too. Many are from 8 to 12 months ago, which makes me feel management has no intention of fixing these problems. They’re just taking people’s money because they can.
