Good price and a very strategic location. The area around it isn’t that clean, but the apartment has everything needed for a short stay. There’s plenty of parking, both inside and outside. I’d recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice and would gladly come back. The location is excellent, with the market nearby, everything within walking distance, and lots of public transport. The apartments have roomy, practical kitchens, and the bathroom is comfortable. They clean the place and change the towels regularly. The windows are well insulated, and the air conditioning works like a beast. If you don’t like the draft, close the flaps. Everything was wonderful. Many thanks to Alexander and Larisa!

The apartments are very clean, and housekeeping and linen changes are offered. The market nearby is handy, though the area isn’t very pretty. There’s a Russian Carlsberg store on the ground floor. Washing and drying cost 12 shekels each, paid by card, and you get the card when you check in. The owner is accommodating and offers discounts. Thanks, Alex! Best apartments in Petah Tikva.

Inside, it’s quiet and peaceful, clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. My room felt cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with shops, a market with reasonable prices, and bus stops nearby. I really liked it and highly recommend it!
