The apartment was fine, and for Tel Aviv the value seemed good if you’re not fussy. The noise was the real issue, though. A mechanic nearby woke me early every morning, and it made getting proper sleep impossible. Urban Flat should consider soundproof windows.

I couldn't make my March trip to Tel Aviv because of COVID-19. They said they would refund me, then blocked me on WhatsApp and through Booking.com and stopped responding. I still haven't received even the partly refundable part of the cancellation fee. Very unprofessional. Don't stay here.
