Even one star feels like too much. The place was disgusting and the service was beyond criticism. They tried to make it seem clean by spraying loads of overpowering air freshener, but there were no windows, and the smell clung to everything, even our masks. The bedding was dirty. And worst of all, sewage came out of the jacuzzi. Stay away!
My wife and I spent a weekend in Safed and were treated really well. Everything we asked for was handled in the best possible way, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Stay far away. The place was filthy, the shower barely had any water flow, and there was no cell reception or Wi-Fi at all. It was damp and smelled musty. Not recommended.
The room felt old and had a damp smell. They hadn't changed the bedding.
Everything was neat and clean, and the service was really good. A great place.
