We stayed one night and had a great experience. The location is excellent and the view is beautiful, and check-in was easy. For less than $200 a night, it's an amazing affordable option. It's not the ritz carlton, but for the price it's a great choice. Don't listen to the bad reviews.

It felt like having a private airbnb, with everything clean and pretty and the service working well. The room was amazing, the mountain view was great, and the location was excellent.

The room was nice, and the location in tzfat couldn't be better. But the view is the real highlight, it's out of this world.

I only found out after booking that there were stairs, and they wouldn't let me cancel. They said it would be one flight down and one back up, but I actually had to climb about 3-4 flights. The counter in the room was sticky and dirty. I sent a photo and told them, and they said it was just the counter's color. They had no answer about the stickiness. There was also a lot of dust on top of the hanging closet, and they didn't respond to that either.

The central location and the view of the landscape from the lounge were great. My room could've been much cleaner, and a bird's nest in the air duct caused an unpleasant smell. With some effort, this place could be better.
