Breakfast and dinner both had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the dining room was clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the clean pool, whose water was warm at ambient temperature, as well as the excellent sauna and hammam. Hot and cold water facilities for making coffee or tea were available throughout the day, with light refreshments at reception. We arrived for the weekend and were welcomed by kind, pleasant reception staff. Our room was clean and in good order, as were the shower and toilet. The atmosphere was very pleasant, parking nearby was free, and the place suits traditionalists well. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

The lobby was my favorite part, with so many comfortable chairs and sofas, plus cozy little nooks to settle into. Villa Galilee has an intimate, charming feel, lovely period details, and beautiful artwork. We had seven rooms for our family celebration, and every one was roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff cheerfully handled our special requests. Service was excellent. The pool was amazing and never felt overcrowded like pools at bigger hotels. The food was very good, though I'd skip the beef, which wasn't as good. I highly recommend Villa Galilee and definitely plan to visit again.

We only ate at Sumac restaurant and weren't staying at the hotel. The staff, hospitality, and atmosphere were fantastic, and the prices felt fair. The food was fine, but not balanced enough to meet the standard you'd expect from a place calling itself a "Chef's Restaurant." With so few decent dinner options nearby, though, it's a fine go-to.

We loved our stay overall, and the location and service were the best parts. Breakfast was delicious, the price reasonable, and we enjoyed both the pool and Turkish Hamam. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but we'd still recommend the place. I've attached some pictures.

The pool was a pleasure for swimming and relaxing, and its 10m length was a nice feature. This lovely hotel sits near the top of the city, with amazing views, dry weather, and cool evenings even in the hottest summer. The welcome and service were extremely friendly. We didn't try the chef restaurant next door, though we have good reason to think it could be worth a visit.
