180 Boutique Hostel

There was nobody available to help me, even at 4 AM. I tried several times to get staff to address the AC, but there was no responsible person to assist, and my complaints were ignored. The unit either didn’t cool the room properly or made a loud noise, so it was hard to sleep. Cleanliness was another serious problem: the bed, bathroom and furniture hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the room was uncomfortable as a result. Customer care was practically nonexistent, which is unacceptable for a boutique hotel. I hope management takes the poor service and hygiene seriously so future guests don’t have the same experience. My stay at the 180 Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv was very disappointing.

The air conditioner didn’t work at all, so the room was extremely uncomfortable. It was dirty when we arrived, and there wasn’t proper cleaning during the stay. When we asked for help, staff didn’t respond or seem interested in fixing anything. Very disappointing and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

No cleanliness, and the air conditioning in the rooms doesn’t work. Worst hostel in tel aviv israel. Please don’t book, it’ll feel like hell 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Very, very bad hostel in telviv, I can’t explain how bad.

The location and staff were great, and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. My partner and I had a private room on the third floor, but there were about 15 children in the area, yelling and screaming right outside our door for two days. The walls are really thin. One evening I came out and found them playing soccer in the hallway. I don’t know where their parents were, but it was awful for anyone trying to relax. It felt like a daycare had taken over the hall, and the staff did nothing when I mentioned it at the front desk. I hadn’t realized this was an ALL AGES hostel, though I suppose I should have checked. Children are allowed, but letting them use the place as a playground isn’t acceptable. The noise completely ruined my stay at 180, and I won’t be back. They should clearly say that it’s ALL AGES.
