The location is a big plus, right in the city center and close to the beach. The rooms are nicely designed, the balcony is large with a view, and check-in and checkout instructions were easy to follow. Cleaning fell short of my standards: there was hair on the blankets and in the shower, and no toilet paper. Communication with the hosts was fairly easy, but the fresh sheets and toilet paper didn’t arrive until late the next afternoon. There also weren’t any instructions for the water heater. The hosts sent a video when I asked, but it wouldn’t make sense to someone who doesn’t speak Hebrew. A written note in the room would help.

The host was kind and welcoming, and answered our questions quickly. My wife and I found the apartment clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Its location worked perfectly for getting to the sights and activities we wanted. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend these apartments.

We liked our stay overall. The management team was exceptionally quick and accommodating, and the property is in a fantastic location, reflected in its price. There were several things that should have been taken care of before we arrived: dusty windows with bird droppings, a tear in the middle of the sofa, and a bedroom window much smaller than the ones shown in the photos. The heater made a disruptive vibrating noise every 30 minutes. The WiFi router didn’t work at first, but was replaced after two attempts, and the broken teapot was quickly swapped for a new one. Those issues cost the stay a star.

Very poor service, and the worst stay. I wouldn’t recommend TLV2GO to anyone. The company told us just before arrival on Monday that the washing machine was broken and would be fixed that day. It was still broken when we left. They offered laundry service once, but it was an inconvenient experience and nowhere near enough for a family of four. Several other things in the apartment were broken too, and they did nothing to fix them. I was completely dissatisfied.

Loved the apartment’s design and its cute balcony. The location is great, very close to the beach, and the locker room was really useful for an early check-in. The staff were kind and patient.
