The room was small, but small by TLV standards, and just big enough. The shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfortable, though softer than I like. I used to live in tlv, and Bugrashov is my favorite area. It’s close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to shuk hacarmel, which should be your home while you’re here. Great food around, including that Shnitzel place. The location is a personal favorite. I ended up here because my airline sent me after a flight was cancelled, but I’ll definitely come back. The staff were super friendly. I’m still eating the fresh baked bread they had at breakfast, along with great chees and smoked salmon. Fantastic.

We booked one night and had a wonderful stay. The place is clean and organized, full of art and lovely little details, with everything feeling thoughtful and high quality. The staff were amazing, and we enjoyed a lovely happy hour from 17:00-19:00 with delicious soup, wine, and other snacks. Breakfast was incredible, and the hotel is just one minute from the beach. We highly recommend it, with amazing service, 100/100. Thanks to Sasha, Igor, the wonderful massage therapists, and the receptionist whose name we didn’t catch. Thank you 🙏🏻

The location is right in the centre of Tel Aviv, yet the hotel is very quiet. It’s five minutes from the beach, and Bogroshov Street is just around the corner, with a good Chinese restaurant, bubble tea, and sushi. We enjoyed every moment, including the fabulous breakfast and the sauna and gym. The five o'clock wine and light snacks are a lovely touch. Igor was wonderful and accommodating, as were the kitchen and restaurant staff.

The only thing to be aware of is the major roadworks outside, as Ben Yehuda is being dug up for the new light railway. The location should be even better once that’s finished. I stayed from 11-18 Nov 2025, having also been here the previous year, and everything was great as usual. Breakfast was superb, and they put out complimentary snacks and wine and other drinks every evening from 5-7pm. It’s three minutes from the beach and right by the great restaurants and buzz of Bograshov Street.

The room was beautiful, and the rooftop seating area is great, so don’t miss it. You’re close to the city centre and just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Thanks, I’ll definitely visit again.
