Bachar House - FATTAL COLORS

We stayed for three nights and loved the room, the shower, and the lounge, where they had beer, wine, and snacks. The location is just right, close to restaurants and bars. The hotel let us shower after a busy day of sightseeing before our very late midnight flight. It wasn’t inexpensive, but I thought it was worth every cent.

I’ve just come back from the hotel. My sister is thinking of staying there for 8 days with my little niece, and I live nearby, so I already knew the location was good. I wanted to check the place out for them before they arrived, but the two receptionists gave me short answers and weren’t willing to show me around or explain why the hotel was a lovely place to stay. I don’t understand why. What kind of hotel has no hospitality?

Bachar is a friendly little boutique hotel, and the staff were all excellent. We spent a week there with our teenage sons and enjoyed it so much that coming back after a day out felt like coming home. The roof terrace is great, and the communal bar and lounge had complimentary coffee, wine, and cheese. Just know it’s not a 300 room international brand hotel. If that’s what you’re after, this isn’t the place.

I booked two days at this hotel and ended up staying for two weeks. The rooms are cute and super tidy, and there’s a great lounge for working, with nibbles, wine, and coffee. The service was absolutely lovely, especially Eugenia, who helped me in every way, was so patient with all my requests, and is the love of my life. The massage was also really good, and both therapists were great. This is 💙💙💙, and I’ll stay here whenever I’m in TLV.
