We were left very disappointed and feeling a bit betrayed, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. We booked through Booking and paid 50 shekels to park nearby. At the gate, we called the owner, who said the credit card had to be in the name of the person who made the reservation, which it was. We then called for the access code, and the owner said the card wasn’t good and asked us to replace it with another one. We did, then waited about fifteen minutes. A few minutes later, the app showed that the owner had canceled our reservation. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

They have no service at all. They said I should bring children who were too old to the reception, but there isn’t even room for them there. They didn’t give us my reservation either.
