The location is excellent, close to everything, and the room has plenty of potential. But it was hard to enjoy the stay with the upkeep and cleanliness in this condition. Half the lights didn’t work, the neglected balcony looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or cared for in a long time, and the jacuzzi didn’t feel inviting to use. It needs more attention and regular maintenance. The room also wasn’t properly clean in less visible areas, and one shower head was broken. With some effort this place could be perfect, which makes the current state a real shame.

The apartment had everything I needed and was clean, and the staff were polite and nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood in a great location, right next to Anita, my favourite ice cream shop. For taxis, I’d suggest using the main road since the smaller streets may be closed for works or on weekends. Sound carries in the small building: I could hear a baby crying next door and a bachelorette party downstairs. There was a power outage overnight, but staff sent me updates on WhatsApp, which was reassuring. My stay was otherwise uneventful.

The management were so lovely and considerate. I felt comfortable asking for anything I needed, and they always looked after me. The place is thoughtfully designed and has everything you might need. You’re close to the sea and right in the middle of Tel Aviv’s most charming neighborhood. I think it’s the best and only place to stay in Tel-Aviv, and I can’t wait to return.

The bedroom was spacious, chic, and well maintained, with an en-suite shower and bathroom. The host and staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s easy to walk to the beach, Carmel market, Jaffa port, and plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. Definitely recommended.

The location is great, near the beach, and the staff were caring and dedicated. We loved the unique atmosphere inside the Apartment. Everything felt new and clean, with a beautiful style and design, and the place was so warm and welcoming. We had a magical experience and highly recommend it.
