Casa-Tata Tel Aviv

We had everything we needed in the clean, well-designed room, including coffee, tea, a fridge, microwave, glasses, and plates. It’s a simple setup with no reception, and check-in just means unlocking a box to get the keys. The place is in the center of Tel Aviv, right by Disengof Center, so everything is a short walk away. We parked at Disengof park and walked wherever we wanted. I don’t think you need anything more.

The spotless room had a lovely design and a really comfortable bed, and the price was excellent for what we got. Check-in was quick and easy online, and the staff responded straight away whenever we had a question. Dizengoff Square is a short walk away, and Bograshov Beach is about 10 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back!

The noise was awful. Our room was level with a parking ramp and right above a major crossroads, and with windows that weren’t soundproof, we heard honking at night. We had to stay all 6 nights because the rest of the city was booked. There’s no reception, so we could only contact them on WhatsApp, and all they could really offer was sympathy for our kids, who couldn’t sleep.

The place was in poor condition, extremely noisy, and simply not fit for guests. We left straight away after an absolutely unacceptable stay. They promised us a full refund, but never processed it. The lack of honesty and basic customer service is shocking. This completely ruined our stay, and I strongly warn others to stay away. Order: 230001353
