We didn't end up staying at CuCu Hotel, but the way the team handled our interactions left a very good impression. They communicated professionally, kindly, and efficiently from beginning to end. The staff showed flexibility, fairness, and a level of human consideration that isn't something I take for granted these days, especially in a busy city like Tel Aviv. CuCu Hotel clearly values its guests and acts with integrity and respect. Based on this experience, I'd feel comfortable recommending it and would gladly book there in the future.

We arrived for our January reservation to find a door that wouldn't shut. The hotel staff couldn't fix it or move us to another room. The receptionist said we could cancel and get a refund, so we left for a different hotel, Hotel Meyer. The next day, the manager denied that anything had been promised and refused to refund us, even though we hadn't received the service. When we complained, they also gave booking.com false information. Avoid at all costs.

We got to the hotel around 22:00 and were put in a lower-floor room facing a noisy street. Its balcony door was faulty and wouldn't close properly, so we immediately decided to change hotels. The hotel wouldn't refund the stay. I asked for a refund through booking.com, but the hotel has kept our money for over three months without giving any reason. Terrible experience, and I'm still waiting for the refund.
