The floors were filthy. Walking around barefoot left my feet completely black, and the weak Wi-Fi didn’t reach the bedroom despite being advertised as very strong. The apartment didn’t feel comfortable or welcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of other places nearby. I stayed for a week at a De Mare Florentin apartment, but it was missing many advertised essentials and didn’t seem equipped for a longer stay or anyone wanting to cook. I got only two rolls of toilet paper and two coffee pods for the advertised coffee machine. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, which felt unsanitary, and no oil, salt, or pepper for cooking despite those being listed as included. The kitchen had no sponge, dish towel, or paper towels. The employees were very unresponsive. I contacted them four times, and it took four days, more than half my stay, to bring some of the missing things. They never brought the hand soap.

A spacious room with a great balcony, hot water, and a luxurious shower. The internet was fast and high quality. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, using a code sent on arrival day. It’s in a great spot for going out, with restaurants and pubs right on the street beneath the balcony.

The rooms are basic, but very clean, and everything works. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, the AC works, and there’s free coffee and tea. It wasn’t too noisy. The hotel is right in the middle of Forentine, so it’s easy to walk around, and it’s reasonably priced compared with other Tel Aviv hotels. I’ve stayed twice and would book again. Street parking is possible, but finding a free space feels like winning the lottery. There’s an underground garage on Chlenov Street about a five-minute walk away.

There’s a pleasant inner garden and a rooftop where you can spend time. It’s a clean, comfortable place close to central Tel Aviv.

The location is great, in an area that’s lively day and night. We got a free upgrade to a larger, modern, clean room with a balcony, and they left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Check-in uses an advanced system, and the reception staff were helpful. They also leave a list of good restaurants and pubs to try nearby.
