The staff treated us so well, and I left feeling really happy inside. We’ve stayed at maybe ten hotels in different countries, in Israel and elsewhere, and this one stands out for me. There are baths and Jacuzzis on the third floor, out in the open under the sky. You can relax in the hot water and look at the stars. Thanks to the hotel and everyone on staff for such a good time.

I can’t recommend this hotel. I arrived alone at 1:30 AM ready to pay for a room, but the receptionist didn’t know how to take payment and offered no way to resolve it. He could have let me pay in the morning or accepted the cash I had as a partial payment, but instead he turned me away. Being left outside in the dark in the middle of the night with no help felt unsafe and irresponsible, especially as a woman on my own. This was unprofessional and not the basic care you’d expect from a hotel. They’re lucky I’m not taking it further.

We ate breakfast there without staying at the hotel, so this review is only about the meal. At 120 ILS, the selection was poor and the food was very average and disappointing. I think 180 ILS at Sheraton would have been a much better choice.

The location is great, and this used to be a great place. It isn’t maintained well now, though. At night, the rooftop could become a safety hazard.

We had a good stay and would love to return. The beach is within walking distance, and the location is great. Our room was spacious and well maintained, though the bathroom was tiny. Reception was welcoming and very attentive.
