MAYA C.
The apartment fell well short of what I expected, so even though I was allowed to cancel, being charged for two nights didn't feel fair. I visit Tel Aviv three to five times a year, and this was one of my most disappointing stays. The rooms and bathrooms were much smaller and darker than the photos, with dated, hard furniture, poor bedding, and very few amenities. There was only a microwave for cooking, which doesn't give the home-like feel I look for in an apart-hotel. I manage student rentals and can easily say we provide a better living space than these apartments. The whole place felt sterile and clinical.
