The breakfast was worth the wait, though with so much food I hope the leftovers don’t go to waste. In the bathroom, the hand soap had this lovely peppermint and jasmine scent. I know it’s only soap, but wow. Around 8 pm, housekeeping came by to ask if we needed anything replenished, which felt really thoughtful. Ronen from Maintenance helped with the TV, was friendly and professional, and explained what I should do next. The reception team were always there, pleasant and professional. Noam checked us in Monday and went the extra mile to make my daughter feel special for her bat mitzvah and 12th birthday. They also left wine and a box of chocolates in our room. The rooms, service, and location were all top notch. I’d recommend this hotel if you want to make someone feel special.

The spa is a must, and breakfast was a five-star buffet with great service. My friend and I had a wonderful stay, with a comfortable room and views that are hard to describe. The staff were incredible, and the manager especially made us feel at home. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

There was garbage left at the bar for three days without anyone cleaning it. People smoked all over the place, and the staff seemed not to care. Some guests drank vodka Red Bull in the pool without regard for others. The spa was overpriced and not good. I wouldn’t stay here if you want a good vacation.

My mom and I were the only ones told to wait until exactly 3 PM, even though we saw later arrivals greeted warmly, checked in right away, and offered drinks. Our check-in time was 3 PM and we had arrived early, so waiting itself was understandable. What upset us was the staff’s noticeably colder attitude toward us. It felt discriminatory, and we left feeling singled out instead of welcome. Travel shouldn’t include this kind of treatment. I hope management takes it seriously and makes sure guests are treated with equal respect.

We had a lot of fun here, and everyone was so nice. The hotel is right on the beach, making it easy to walk wherever you want. The pool was an amazing experience, and I’d recommend the spa too. Breakfast was beyond.
