The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the room felt cold rather than cozy and was fairly small. There was mold on the ceiling and a blood stain on my sheet, along with several pubic hairs, even though the rest of the room was clean. The room was on the second level. For $270 a night, I'd look for better value. I've attached photos of the stain and mold.

The breakfast was good, and the lounge access came with snacks and drinks. The city view was breathtaking too. But the stay had some serious problems: the public Wi-Fi had no password, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the room had no ventilation, so it was hard to clear the humidity after a shower. The lamps hung so low that I kept hitting my head on them.

The rooms were okay, but they had no windows, and staying more than two days was really hard. We were here because our apartment had been bombed, not because we chose the hotel. Most of the guests had been through one of the worst events of their lives, but the staff seemed not to care at all. Service was terrible across the hotel, from reception, which was the worst, to housekeeping and the restaurant. Maybe tourists have a different experience, but I wouldn't count on it.

Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. The dining room was calm, and the service felt smooth and professional. I stayed on the 8th floor at Rothschild 22. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location on one of Tel Aviv's most iconic streets was perfect. A solid stay for comfort, location, and a good breakfast.

The location is great, though the room was small, around 20 square meters, with only a minimal set of amenities. Breakfast was average, and the sound insulation was poor. I booked a room for a couple.
