Ink Hotel Tel Aviv

The room I was given was really tiny, and every shower sent water flooding across the bathroom. There wasn't a coffee machine with milk in the hotel, which I consider basic, and water should be topped up daily rather than only at check-in. The hotel itself looks new and nice, and check-in service was great. It's also very close to Carmel Market and Alenby street.

Even when I came down with the flu, the team took great care of me, bringing water, tea, and whatever else I needed. Hezi, the manager, went out of his way to make my stay pleasant while I was sick. Everything about the stay was flawless. Highly recommend.

Rafael at the front desk answered all my questions, and the team had already contacted me on WhatsApp before we arrived to ask about requests. They took care of everything I asked for. We picked the hotel because it was close to cultural attractions, but that turned out to be just one of its advantages. Our room was spotless and had plenty of towels, coffee, and even good Italian still mineral water. The air conditioning worked well, and the room heated and cooled quickly. There’s self-service laundry if you’d rather not use their laundry service. I hadn’t realized there was an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs. Its mix of modern minimalism and Asian touches is striking, and the plexiglass garden floor lets you look right down into it. A strange, fun thing to see in person. I’d come back without hesitation.

The hotel restaurant is amazing, and the rooms are nice. Staff were very friendly and the service was at a high level. Breakfast was good, though I’d have preferred it to be available at the hotel every day instead of only on weekends. It also starts a bit late for me, at 9am. I’d book again and recommend the place.
