Jacob Samuel Hotel

The team’s care made this stay especially comfortable. I hadn’t checked in with them for a few days because everything was going so well, but they called to ask if I needed anything. The front desk is open 24/7, and everyone I dealt with was warm and professional. The woman who checked me in was especially helpful when my U.S. bank kept blocking the international charge. I was close to panicking that I’d be left without a room, but she calmly split the total into smaller amounts so it wouldn’t get flagged and reassured me that we’d work it out. She saved me from a meltdown. Jacob Samuel Boutique Hotel is right on Dizengoff, easy to walk from to everything, and still feels peaceful and tucked away. It’s lowkey and elegant enough that you might walk past without realizing it’s a hotel. The lobby has a heavenly, luxury spa-like scent, and the whole place is spotless and beautifully designed. My room was stylish, well equipped, and super comfortable. I slept like a dream. This place is welcoming and well-run, and I’m already planning to return to Tel Aviv. I can’t recommend it enough, and I won’t stay anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Jacob Samuel. Naomi at the check-in desk was so kind and kept making sure I was comfortable. It was a prime stay, and I’ll be back!

The location is great, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. It feels more like a restaurant with rooms. The windows aren’t soundproofed, and street works one night kept me from sleeping at all. I understand the work wasn’t their fault, but they should let guests know in advance so they can decide. They also advertise an arrangement with a nearby gym and sent me a note the night before check-in asking me to contact the front desk for details. But that simply isn’t true, the gym doesn’t exist.
