The balcony was a wonderful place to start the day with breakfast outside or have a drink as the sun rose and set. Comfortable, well-designed chairs made it easy to unwind with a book after a busy day, and the quiet was remarkable. All we could hear were the waves. I spent a special week at the Family Penthouse, less than 100 meters from the beach in Jaffa. It's centrally located, just minutes from everywhere, with a marvelous, endless view across the blue Mediterranean. The spacious apartment was clean, convenient, and tastefully designed. The old medieval center of Jaffa is within walking distance, and public transport to Tel Aviv is good.

We had a great overnight stay for my birthday. The host was so welcoming and accommodating. The place has an amazing view of the front beach of Givat Aliyah, and watching the sunset from the balcony was lovely. Such a relaxing spot for a weekend break. Totally awesome, and we'll definitely come back.

Hutzmza, the caring and dedicated owner, really pampers you. The fridge was stocked with breakfast basics: cheeses, eggs, vegetables, bread, and both regular and soy milk. The kitchen has everything you need, including a toaster, blender, oven, and microwave, so it feels like home. The apartment itself is cozy, inviting, and fully equipped, with a dream balcony overlooking paradise. The balcony also has a jacuzzi the kids won't want to leave, a bar, family dining table, barbecue, and a spot with equipment for morning exercise. Aliya Beach is only three minutes away, clean and quiet, with lagoons and a lifeguard who doesn't get in the way of your fun. The location is gorgeous and shows Jaffa at its best. Yefet St. is a five-minute walk away, with hummus, borax, and fresh produce to enjoy. It's a lovely way to treat yourself in the big city while avoiding air pollution and enjoying beautiful nature. Perfect for families! For a half-day outing with kids aged 8 and up, the 'Peres Center for Peace and Innovation' is a fascinating, interesting and inspiring visit, just a three-minute walk away. Afterwards, treat yourself to a generous lunch at the 'Abu Nasser' restaurant: not kosher, with meats, fish, and a wide variety of salads.

The house is safe for children and a really enjoyable place for parents, with everything we needed and nothing missing. We stayed about a week as two families with small children, and it was perfect. Dedi was a wonderful, available host. The house, sea, and sky feel like one. It's so beautiful you hardly need to leave, though when you do head out, the beach is worth it. Highly recommended.
