The room was enough to make me take a few photos and book somewhere else right away. It was dark and dingy, with cigarette stink throughout, stained carpets, hair everywhere, and no sense of cleanliness. This place felt like a nightmare, and I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews on booking.com. They should be ashamed to list it. I tried to get my money back, but booking.com said it was “unable to reach an agreement” with the property. Our only contact with a worker was by phone, and he had a hostile attitude the whole time. Avoid this place if you care about your health or dignity.

The location made it easy to get around, with attractions, public transport, and good restaurants nearby. At Kalvin Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv, our room was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and ready to help with whatever we needed. A cozy, well-run place, and I’d happily recommend it.

The location was good, though there was construction just outside. The price seemed fair, maybe because it was off season. Our room was clean but due for an update, and some electrical fixtures were hanging off the wall. Check-in and check-out were self-service, with nobody at the front desk.

The kitchen was very dirty and smelled bad, and the bathroom hand shower was broken and didn’t work. The hotel used to include a complimentary bottle of wine, but they’ve stopped doing that.

I only needed somewhere for Wednesday night, and this worked out perfectly. Good price, lovely room, and a convenient location. There’s no elevator, but the overall stay was worth it. Thanks.
