The lobby bar made great cocktails, and the hotel has a modern look with a cool design. There was a little street noise, but everything else was top-notch.

The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the service was fantastic from check-in right through to check-out. Highly recommend!

The ninth-floor lounge really stood out to me. It’s thoughtfully designed, looks great, and makes it easy to relax or have a meaningful conversation. The hotel’s convenient location also works well for both business and leisure trips. What shaped my stay most, though, was the staff. As a psychologist, I pay close attention to the atmosphere people create, and theirs made a real difference to my comfort. They were sensitive, friendly, emotionally aware, and truly willing to help in any situation. Their ability to speak several languages, including English and Russian, also helped create a sense of inclusion and security. For me, this was more than just a trip. It was a valuable experience with caring, attentive people, and those details make me trust the hotel and want to return.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay. I booked two nights because I had surgery scheduled, then checked in at 3 pm as instructed and was told the reservation was for only one night. I showed the hotel’s confirmation text and email. They said they would investigate, but offered no solution, leaving me without a room on the day of my surgery. The floors were very dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Then, while I was asleep at 22:00, the hotel assigned my room to a man who tried aggressively to get in even after I told him it was occupied. At checkout, they couldn’t locate our payment because it had been applied under another guest’s name, so I had to show the bank notification on my phone as proof. We’ve usually booked this hotel for our medical procedures, but we won’t stay here again.
