The owner made us feel at home from the moment we arrived through to the end of our week’s stay. He was a true gentleman, welcoming and helpful, and the staff were great too. The room and bed were excellent, the decor elegant, and the location was the best in Tel Aviv. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful, cool hotel in such an ideal spot. I recommend it with all my heart, and we’re already planning to return in march.

This small boutique hotel is cozy, right in the heart of Tel Aviv but on a quiet street. The staff were very nice and service oriented. Everything was absolutely great except that there was no trash can in the room.

They gave us complimentary coffee and pastries while we waited to check in, and the staff were friendly. The location is great. The hotel itself is pretty standard, and the room was fine, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Some areas that you don’t often clean at home could have been cleaner.

Don’t book here. My flight was delayed on a recent trip to Israel, so I arrived after midnight. The hotel offers late check-in, but I couldn’t get inside and was stranded, so I had to book another hotel. They refused to refund me, saying they’d emailed the instructions, though I never received them. When I asked for proof of the email, they stopped responding. Don’t trust them.
