Our planned May 7-14 stay in Tel Aviv was a huge disappointment. We had already paid in full and were traveling with a young baby when our flight was canceled the day before departure because a missile hit the airport, temporarily closing it. We had no control over being unable to travel. The owner refused to refund even a cent or let us reschedule, despite living in Israel and knowing the situation there. The only answer we got was that we should have canceled seven days ahead, even though the flight was canceled the day before and we hadn’t chosen to cancel. We tried contacting him several times and got no reply. We paid a lot for this apartment, and the lack of empathy, effort, and professionalism made the situation even more upsetting. I strongly advise against booking this place or dealing with this owner.
