The location made it easy to walk to almost every place we wanted to go, without using public transport. Mr. Brooklin's apartment was also clean, quiet, and comfortable, which mattered a lot to me. The room was great, and the clean kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. Big thanks to Lee, Maria, and Batsheva for being patient, helpful, and professional. Ladies, you’re great! We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we travel to Tel-Aviv again. We’ll tell our friends about this place too.

I booked for three weeks and ended up moving to a hotel after ten days without hot water. The staff were nice and most tried to help, but the only times they said a technician could come were 6am or 9pm. On day ten, the person who came for the “weekly cleaning” was told by her boss to do only the floors. The apartment was run down. There were stains on the sofa, closet doors that wouldn’t open, and disgusting marks all over the walls. The bedding and towels had clearly seen better days too. The living room TV had no Netflix, and the bedroom TV was unplugged and missing its cable box, so it didn’t work. It was a horrible experience. I can’t recommend Brooklyn House or TLV2GO, and now I have to fight them for a refund.

I booked five nights for April, but the pictures shown during booking didn’t match the apartment I got, so check carefully which apartment you’re choosing. The customer service portal is inconvenient, and when I stopped by the office to pay rent, the person on the phone was rude and gave me attitude after I said I might be a couple of minutes late. It also didn’t have much of a hotel feel, with no fresh towels or shampoo/body wash, especially disappointing for a longer stay. I’d give the location 5 stars, but towels and shampoo availability 2, and customer service 2, for an average of 3.

The balcony overlooking Disengoff felt like a dream. The apartment was stylish, clean, and perfectly equipped. Best place in Tel Aviv, highly recommend.
