The staff were the best part: attentive, kind, and helpful with our complicated check-in and checkout. The apartment was clean and had top-of-the-line amenities, including central AC. The location was perfect too. We’ll return!

Loved it ❤️ The quiet, beautiful patio was such a lovely place to start the morning with coffee. The apartment is near the market and right in the center of tlv.

I got ready there for a wedding and it worked out great. The room was spacious, with a balcony, and big enough for four girls, makeup artists, and hair stylists. They provided a full-length mirror and a high chair for the bride at no extra cost. The room, downstairs area, and whole surrounding area were great for photos. The only downside is that they usually don’t allow bookings for just a limited number of nights. I waited until the last week, when they let me book because it was available.

One of the most disappointing vacations we’ve had. The bathroom door stuck with one of us inside, and it took about an hour for staff to get her out. We waited through the heat and humidity, with the bathroom air conditioner not working. The first representative arrived after half an hour, tried the same way we had, and calmly said things like “it makes sense that things like this would happen” and “nothing happened.” Another person took another half hour to arrive. Half a day of our vacation was lost. The trouble started earlier that day. We spent until 2:00 PM trying to pay for the stay, the most cumbersome payment process I’ve ever had for a vacation. We considered paying cash, but gave up when we learned we’d have to go all the way to the company offices. After we paid, we were told to drive to the apartment, then another representative said we couldn’t get in until 3:00 PM. It was about 2:30 in the Tel Aviv heat. Later a representative offered a 200 NIS voucher for a future visit, which we certainly won’t make. It felt like an attempt to silence us. Nobody tried to apologize or understand how distressed we were. We were met with a cynical tone and a lack of courtesy at every stage.
