We liked the location, but the room wasn’t clean enough and didn’t have many windows. The electric stove didn’t work. We had booked for four, yet the sheets didn’t fit the opening bed and there weren’t enough towels for everyone. After we paid by credit card, they emailed and texted asking for photos of our ID and card. We checked with the card company and refused, saying it was unsafe and unacceptable. They then insisted the card had to be shown in person, so on arrival day we had to go to their main office, which was nowhere near the property, before we could get the key. We won’t be back.

There was almost no service. They have no phone number to call, and written questions took ages to get answered. That caused several problems during our stay, including getting locked out by accident with nobody to call. The apartment also had no instructions for anything. Wouldn’t recommend it.

There was plenty of room, and it only took a few minutes on foot to reach all the attractions. The place was spotless and had a great design, plus all the vacation basics we needed, like Wi-Fi, towels, a coffee machine, lots of dishes, and air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon.

I loved the views of the sea and the city from our balconies. The apartment had a lovely, practical design and everything I needed was already there, so it felt like home. The building itself is beautiful too.
