The place itself is cute, but the service was awful. I left after only two hours, without asking for a refund, because I no longer felt I could rely on the staff if something serious happened. I’d driven from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv through missile sirens and had to pull over twice because of interceptions. I was tired, anxious, and shaken when I arrived. Alona wouldn’t check me in because I couldn’t find my passport right away, even though my details and card were already in their system. She called her manager in Hebrew, apparently assuming I didn’t understand, and complained that I was “giving her a headache here.” Then Ronit told me by phone to find somewhere else if I couldn’t locate my passport immediately. Dov eventually stepped in, apologized, and checked us in, but the whole exchange had already left me in tears. This was during a war, and I felt humiliated by how I was treated. I left for another hotel two hours later. Absolutely horrific service.

Breakfast next door was fantastic, with hot pizza and quiche plus a huge salad bar, and the hotel is right by the beach with plenty of cafes and places to eat around it. The rooms feel modern, with fast internet, air conditioning, and big, great showers. There were bottled water and chocolates waiting in our room. The lobby also has free coffee, frothed milk, cookies, and fruit around the clock. Reception is staffed from 8 AM to 9 PM, but someone answers the phone 24/7, and you can get in at night using a secure code. Felt very safe, and I’d recommend it ❤️.

That breakfast buffet was incredible, easily among the best I’ve had. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely artistic feel to the decor. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient too. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of us.

The Wi-Fi never worked for me, even with a full signal, and the TV remote wouldn’t let me change the input to connect my own device. On a wet, stormy day I ended up watching Netflix on my small device using roaming data. Those were the two things I didn’t like. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean, and the coffee machine had loads of Nespresso flavours. Staff were friendly and helpful. I checked in on NYE and they offered me champagne. Breakfast was next door, apparently at a sister hotel, and you could talk to one reception desk if the other was closed. I’d still recommend staying here.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the location right beside the beach was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is next to the metropolitan hotel, which I was told has the same owner, and guests can use its gym and have breakfast there.
