About this property
Hotel Nordoy was built in 1925 and is located within the historical neighborhood of Nahalat Binyamin. This neighborhood is the first expansion of the Ahuzat Bayit neighborhood that later became Tel Aviv. Since its establishment, the building has been functioning as a hotel and is the oldest active hotel in Tel Aviv.
Due to the continuity of the use of the building, no significant changes were made in its appearance. It became a living icon of the early days of of Tel Aviv.

The Hotel is located in the city center, close to the business and the nightlife districts of Tel Aviv. The Carmel Market, Neve Zedek, Shenkin, the beach and other "musts" of the city can be reached by foot within a few minutes.

It felt like home from the moment we arrived at Nordoy Hotel. We were a small group of filmmakers shooting a commercial and stayed for two weeks. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff supported us the whole time, and we got close to the front desk team, Lihi, Avital, Maya, Eliya, and Tomer, who felt like family. Dana, the Hotel Manager, was so helpful and accommodating, and friendly and lovely too. She suggested local places to visit and eat. Nordoy Hotel is in a lively, convenient part of Tel Aviv, and we’re looking forward to coming back. We were sad to leave our temporary home.

We’ll definitely return. Everything was excellent, from the wonderful breakfast at Pra Restaurant to the hotel’s perfect spot among restaurants and bars. Dana, the hotel manager, and Ilia at reception anticipated what we needed and made everything happen. The hotel was great.

The breakfast is superb, and Tel Aviv is right outside the door, with restaurants, bars, and speakeasies within 30 feet. Dana, Avital, Maia, Lihi, Mia,Ilia, and Tomer were all professional, helpful hosts at the Nordoy. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Tel Aviv. See you there!

Our room at the back was wonderfully quiet, and the rooftop has an enclosed hot tub and free wine. The hotel is a special historic place, renovated with lots of care for the details. The location is amazing, the staff are excellent, and breakfast was tasty.
