NYX Tel Aviv

The rooftop bar was closed because of the war, which I understand. Guests could still bring their own drinks up, though, and sharing a bottle with friends while taking in the view made for a special atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was ready on time. Breakfast had a great range of fresh choices, all tasty and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and even small requests were taken care of quickly with a smile. I had a great stay at the NYX Hotel in Tel Aviv and would gladly come back on my next trip. The comfort, food, and especially the warm service make it easy to recommend.

I chose this hotel through booking.com on 18.12.25 because I had an event in tlv. The staff were amazing, and that's the part I appreciated. I only needed somewhere to leave my things, go to the event, and sleep afterward, but the stay was disappointing and left me unrested. I gave three stars for the friendliness, but I wouldn't return. Please don't call me again. I got there around 7pm and was told my room had been upgraded. It was bigger, but the floor was so dirty my boots stuck to it. I left my things and went out without time to complain. The front desk was full, and I had a work laptop in the room and didn't want anyone going in. The room was next to the offices, and I couldn't even open the blinds. I came back at 3am and didn't feel very safe in the area. The provided slippers didn't fit, so I had to keep my shoes on. After showering, I noticed a rancid smell around the bathtub. I don't know where it came from. The bathroom looked clean, but the odor was bad. Then I woke up to construction noise outside. The follow-up call asking why I'd rated the hotel low made things worse. The representative hadn't checked my internal review and seemed more focused on defending the hotel's reputation than hearing about my experience. I said it was my personal experience and that I usually don't complain, but the room and conditions were unacceptable. I've stayed at the NYX hotel in Herzliya, which met my standards. This location didn't.

Breakfast was always really complete, and the staff were ready to help. The hotel is nicely located in Tel Aviv, and the customer service was good.

Breakfast had a lovely spread of fresh choices, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our room attendant was attentive and made sure everything was just right. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
