We had a great family stay at Play Hotel with my wife and baby daughter. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly, and everything was very clean. It's a comfortable, safe-feeling place for families, in a really convenient spot close to everything. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh and excellent. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

The staff were helpful, and the nearby coffee shop had a good breakfast. But the terrace suite was in poor shape, with dirty furniture, worn walls, low water pressure, and a need for renovation. To the hotel's credit, its compensation policy was clear: after we complained about maintenance, they almost immediately refunded the second night we canceled and discounted part of the first night.
