Prima Tel Aviv Hotel

Yassou’s shifts into a lively Greek tavern at night, with upbeat music and dancing. In the morning, the breakfast buffet has plenty of tasty, nutritious choices, and you can eat while looking out at the sea. Our room was clean, neat, and fairly quiet. Best of all, the hotel sits right on the beach boardwalk in the heart of Tel Aviv.

I’ve stayed at Prima Hotel Tel Aviv several times, with my kids and on my own, so I’ve seen how it works for both kinds of trips. The location makes getting around easy: you’re right in central Tel Aviv, close to the boardwalk and beaches, with places like Thai House and streets such as Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda nearby. The breakfast spread is a real highlight, with fresh vegetables, cheeses, breads, and plenty more. If stuffed grape leaves are on the menu, try them. Vitaly, the manager on duty, is welcoming and helpful with special requests. He made me a delicious veggie omelet. Tell him I said hello, he reads all the reviews. There’s also coffee, espresso, and tea in the lobby until about 8 PM, if I remember right. The front desk team are great, especially Hila and Sa-He’er, who are warm, professional, and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable enough and have nice Dead Sea "417" shampoo and body wash, though they could use a little improvement. They’re on the small side, so a family of five, and probably even four, should plan on two rooms. I’d ask for a sea view; I think those rooms are nicer. Parking is arranged with the lot next door, but spaces aren’t always available, and the attendant’s attitude can be hit or miss. Still, with the beach and so much of the city right nearby, it’s a very good place to stay.

We came as two adults and two kids in December 2025. The staff were lovely, and you really can’t beat being right by the beach with an easy walk to just about anywhere. The rooms, though, are very small and worn. Street noise starts as early as 5am and carries on late into the night. Tel Aviv is a lively city with lots of construction, and plenty of its hotels are like this, but be ready for it. Bring earplugs or choose somewhere else.

Just a minute from the beach, and the view is perfect. The room was clean and spacious, and the lobby is really nice. The location is very good, and the whole team was great and quick to respond. Thanks to Antonina, Hila, Sahel, Liraz, Bernard, Marvit, Agnes and everyone else.
