Raphael City Nest

The location is good, but this stay was awful. I’m from Eilat, and my partner came from Germany. It was his first time in Israel, and this place became part of that first impression. For what we paid, the room wasn’t remotely worth it. It smelled bad, wasn’t clean, and was very small. The shower was right across from the bed, which felt really awkward, and the tiny bathroom had barely any space. The walls were badly painted, there were visible stains on the sofa chair and table, and the chairs had noticeable rust. When we brought it up with the owner, they said they had moved us from the room we booked without telling us. We were allowed to see that original room, but it was even smaller and smelled worse. Both apartments, 1 and 2, look nothing like their online photos. The attitude was disrespectful, and the place felt careless and tasteless. A horrible experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here for that price.
