I've been staying at Renaissance Hotel on rotation for about two years while working in Israel as a contract pilot. The staff are friendly and professional, and whenever I had an issue, they handled it very professionally. The evacuation was also clear, well coordinated, and managed by everyone as one team. The kitchen food is delicious and feels homemade. It's been a very pleasant place to stay, and I hope this helps anyone choosing a hotel in Israel.

Marina, who works in the lounge and at restaurant breakfast, made our visit especially enjoyable with her warm manner and professionalism. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help throughout. We also loved the comfortable room and pleasant atmosphere, and were very happy with our stay. We'd gladly return.

This was our third time staying at this Renaissance, and we've been very happy with the rooms and service on every visit. The rooms are clean and a good size, the balconies are nice, and the hotel is right on the beach with plenty within walking distance. We'll stay again.

For my work trip, every part of our stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv was phenomenal. The location is perfect, and the amenities are hard to beat. I was shifting my schedule for a flight back to the US, so I went to the front desk at 2am to ask for coffee and food. They brought up a lovely cheese and vegetable platter. The staff were friendly, attentive, and flexible.

The sea view and balcony were lovely, and the location works especially well if you're here for the beach. We found lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and the hotel team were consistently pleasant. Rachel in the Lounge was a delight and took great care of us and the other guests. We had an excellent stay at Renaissance TLV.
