I stayed here for nearly two months, and any small issue in my apartment was taken care of quickly. The room was very nice, with excellent linens and utilities. What stood out most was the staff, who repeatedly went out of their way to make me feel like family instead of just a client. I can't recommend this Tel Aviv location enough.

Fresh pastries and juice appeared by our door in the morning, such a thoughtful surprise. We also asked for a late checkout and were accommodated so kindly. We had an incredible weekend as a couple, and the team's warmth made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel's beautiful design added a lot to the stay.

Everything about the stay was perfect, from the room and location to the staff, and then dinner at Bar 51. We'd definitely come back. I'd recommend booking the room with dinner at Bar 51 as a package. Thanks Talya and Itzik for making it such a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Renoma. The room was clean, roomy, and beautifully designed, with care put into the little details. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. I definitely recommend it.

Being here during the difficult time of the war, in unfamiliar surroundings, made the care from the staff mean even more. They were there around the clock, genuinely concerned about us, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The apartment space and comfort with five-star hotel service made it feel like a home away from home. We'll be back in the summer with our kids, and we're telling everyone we know this is the place to stay in Tel Aviv.
