Residence Suites Hotel

We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, but they gave us a clean, ready room two hours early. Each evening we came back to fresh sheets and a tidy room. The cleanliness was genuinely high standard, and the receptionists were friendly and available around the clock to answer questions. The location is lovely, near the sea, good restaurants, and beautiful city districts. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but nearby bakeries and restaurants made that easy. The service was very high standard, and the price was not just reasonable but even low compared with nearby hotels. We can recommend it to anyone.

The windows let in quite a bit of noise from the busy central area, which was a small drawback. Still, we had a great weekend in Tel Aviv before flying home. Our room was spacious and right on the beach, and the front desk handled things quickly with great service.

We really liked having the room cleaned every day. It had been renovated and looked pretty nice, though a few things could use attention, like the old microwave and utensils. The location is excellent, just a minute from the beach and near all the lively spots in Tel Aviv.

The room was tiny and very expensive, and the courtyard was dirty, with leftover furniture cluttering the passage. It was supposed to have a kitchenette, but there was only a microwave in a cupboard, no cups or kettle, and no sink or counter like the room photos showed. The cheap furniture didn't help. They called it a sea view, though I could only catch a glimpse of the water between buildings and had to strain to see it. We arrived late and got what felt like the worst room. You can find much better nearby. Avoid this place.
